This single fold bias tape hem facing in navy is used to finish armholes, necklines, and is ideal for creating casings. Apply to the inside of the fabric and stitch in place to form a channel for elastic or drawstrings. Bias tape hem facing can also be added to the outside of garments for an accent or trim.
