Loaded with interesting details and interchangeable features, it will fast become a wardrobe building favorite! Choose between a semi-cropped top with a modern cuffed short sleeve (View A) or dramatic gathered long sleeve (View B), or make a modern, easy-fitting shift dress with sleek inseam pockets (View C) or without (View D)! All views have a slightly dropped shoulder, angled shoulder yoke and roomy fit, with a choice between an elegant bias binding or faced neckline finish. Mix and match to your heart's content with this cute, customizable pattern!
Recommended Fabrics:
You can use a variety of fabrics with the Cielo skirt to create different effects: it’s a soft and romantic style in drapey fabrics like rayon challis, tencel, cotton voile or silk, and a crisp and modern look in more structured fabrics like light to medium weight wovens, such as linen, chambray, or cotton shirtings. We'll be making this versatile top over and over again!
Notions:
- ¼ of lightweight non-stretch fusible interfacing
- Polyester thread
- Marking tool
Sizes: 0-20 US
Difficulty: Beginners and up!

BIG sleeves!
Review by

I made the crop top, but lengthened it a bit, and adjusted the shoulder seams for my sloping shoulders. BE aware: the sleeves are BIG, if you use a non-drapey cotton fabric. Not sure I would do that again.
