This 1-piece pair of pajamas can be made from contrasting fabrics to really accentuate the design lines. If you want to elongate your silhouette, use one fabric for the garment. It is VERY loose fitting in the hips but the shoulders are a true fit so go by your bust measurement in choosing your size.
The pajamas open in the back from the neck down to the hip line. The front neckline is a scoop neck line. Shoulder seams have one tuck on each side in the front. Cap sleeves all in one on Front and Back Waist pieces. Decorative patch pockets on front. The tie belt threads through the right back waist for a smooth and thorough closure.
The tie waist allows for a variety of waist sizes without any alteration to the pattern. The original pattern did not give waist or hip measurements for sizes; choose your bust size and go from there.
