I needed a new everyday bag after my current one broke, and I wanted to try sewing one for myself. This pattern is absolutely fantastic! The instructions were easy to follow and there were links to video tutorials for the tricker steps. The bag itself is nice and roomy and is great for hiking. I can fit a sketchbook, a water bottle, and all my necessities inside. If you're looking for a new bag to make, go with the sandhill sling!
