Sew House Seven Remy Raglan

Quick to make and easy to wear, the Remy Raglan by Sew House Seven is like the supporting actor in a movie: it may not always be the main focus, but its role is important as it supports the entire look and completes an outfit. This woven tee has two views; Version #1 has a plain front for a sweet-and-simple look, while Version #2 adds some visual interest using a split front with center front keyhole and button detail. The two sleeve options (short sleeve and 3/4- length) work with either version and are designed to roll up. Not quite a cropped top, Remy is a shorter top that pairs well with high waist pants and skirts, with a very loose and relaxed fit at the bust and waist that can be tucked in or left free.

The Remy Raglan uses SH7's expanded sizing, with both standard fit (00-18) and curvy fit (14-34) versions included in one pattern!

Recommended Fabrics:
Remy is the perfect, simple backdrop to let a beautiful linen shine; yarn-dyed linen chambrays look especially lovely! Originally designed to be made up in light-weight linen that drapes nicely, Remy can also work in other woven fabrics that are light enough in weight or have a little bit of drape to them. If you choose a more rigid fabric such as cotton lawn, the neck may appear a little smaller and the bottom hem will be a bit fuller and not drape as closely to the body.

For the rolled-up sleeves, avoid one-directional prints and check that both the front and back sides of your fabric are presentable; you could also consider using something different like a solid fabric for the sleeves to complement a one-sided or one-directional main fabric.
