The Mini Fringe pattern is a woven dress and blouse with two views. View A has a button up front with a neck facing, elbow sleeves and tabs. View B has a pullover, notched front and a fully lined bodice with cuffs. Both views include optional waist ties, and the sleeve & cuff are interchangeable.Size Range: 12 months – 12 years
Fabric Recommendations: Rayon challis, voile, crepe, lawn, linen, cotton, double gauze or any lightweight to mediumweight woven fabric with nice drape.
Notions:
-1/2 Yard lightweight fusible interfacing
-Five or six 3/8" buttons
-One 3/8" button for View B
-2" elastic cording for View B
