This 100% cotton fabric features white polka dots atop a black background. Designed by Japanese company Sevenberry for Robert Kaufman, this lightweight cotton shirting fabric is very similar to a quilting cotton, so while it's great for classy blouses and dresses, it can also be used for quilting projects!
